Polish Shipping+Returns

Shipping

The United States Post Office has determined that Nail Polish can only be shipped through very specific methods. To accommodate the law, we only offer shipping through USPS GROUND, so for any purchases of polish, you will not have shipping choices.

Because of the determination by the USPS when shipping products like Nail Polish, as well as Customs laws of other countries, we can only offer shipping in the United States currently.

For locations in Canada, if you are willing to pay a relatively steep shipping cost (~$30+), please reach out to us at feyandfiend@gmail.com or on our socials, and we can consider options.

Please allow for up to 5 business days processing time on all purchases (not including shipping time). I am only one person making stock, packaging, and shipping with other full-time life things, so please be patient with me! If you do not recieve a confirmation of shipping after 5 business days, please email me directly at for feyandfiend@gmail.com an update!

APPAREL AND MERCH purchases will be shipped separately from Nail Polish purchases as apparel is print-on-demand and comes from a seperate facility (and therefore any purchases of polish and apparel will have two seperate shipping charges)! Apparel and merch purchases and returns are handled by the shop host. Please see the other Returns & FAQ page for info on this.

Refund+Return Policy

We do not accept any returns or exchanges of nail polish products. We are willing to replace any product if it arrives damaged or defective within two (2) weeks of the delivery date indicated on the postal tracking website at no cost to the buyer. In cases of damaged or defective items, please reach out to feyandfiend@gmail.com with 1) the name on the order, 2) name of the damaged/defective product, 3) and image of the issue. (Please note: difficulty painting nails is not considered "defective product.")

We do not issue any cash returns or card/payment service refunds.
